ran my first 5k after the knee issues
feeling so damn proud of myself.
i ran the 33rd annual revolutionary run at washington crossing park in pennsylvania.
it was hot and humid. there was A LOT of people there.
it was not an easy run, but i did it.
i'm back!
the best part was that NOTHING HURT
