give me your sore throat remedies!
Ugh i have quite a sore throat with lots of phlegm in my throat (gross sorry). it's some kind of cold i think.
I've been gargling wit warm salt water but it's not doing too much. Anything else? I have no honey in the house and probably won't get to a store for a few more days.

Neti pot will help lessen the post nasal drip. Also breathing in steam w 2 drops of eucalyptus oil.
Extra strength Tylenol for the pain.
Tea is soothing. Or just hot water w lemon. Can u get some throat coat tea?
Keep your throat moist- suck on lozenges that don't contain menthol.
Feel better!

Advil helps the pain big time!
Halls cough drops too...I live on them when my throat hurts.
Also my friend recommended this and I tried it once and it
really helped. Sounds odd but it worked:
Take a TBSP of Jello mix and add it to a mug with 1 TBSP of honey. Fill the mug with water, stir, and microwave for about 1 min until hot. Stir again and sip. It really coats the throat!

Thanks! I actually tried Advil this morning and it helped quite a bit. Now i'm back to chicken noodle soup lol. What a weird time of year to get a cold like this.

Drink plenty of fluids,Make herbal tea,Make cayenne pepper tea, do Gargling, Use a steam treatment with warm water and a dishtowel,Get plenty of rest,Take pain relievers

Apple Cider vinegar. I drink a teaspoon a few times a day and gargle with White Vinegar in the morning & Night. (I feel like the white is Stronger)

Really? I never thought to use white vinegar and there have been times when I didn't have apple cider. I'll have to try the white vinegar next time.
