when does your district start?
Are we the only district starting labor day week? We go the 3rd and 4th but have 2nd, 5th and 6 th off. But it seems like all the people I speak to start on the 9th. Also those who start later what is your end date. We are going a week later this year than last year (June 26th).

Start September 9th
End June 28th
We also have 2 full school weeks off for Christmas

We have 2weeks at christmas and almost 2 weeks at easter. Just seems like we are the only ones starting that week.

Oops, we end June 27th not June 28th
I believe Sachem starts the week of Labor Day also

NYS extended exam dates, I believe. My work district first started teachers in August, after the change they revised to 9/9
home district is 9/9

September 4, 5 and 6th are Noon dismissal school days.
Full days start Monday the 9th.

2 full weeks at Christmas
Last day is June 27 
ETA: Spring recess is only 1 week and 1 day. Kids go back the Tuesday after Easter.

Where I work: Kids start 9/3 (off Thurs & Fri)
Where I live: Kids start 9/9
End date: 6/26 for me, not sure for where I live, but I think same.

when does your district start?
I'm in CT. My dd starts 8/29!!! We also only get off one day for rosh hashanah, 8 days for Xmas, and 4 day weekend for Presidents' Day (no feb week long break)! School is scheduled to get out june 11 but they add a day for every snow day until they get to the 20th so that is the absolute last day,

when does your district start?
Our district starts the 9th and the last day of school is the 27th.
A week and 3 days at Christmas/New Years, a week in April for Easter/Passover and a week for Feb break if it doesn't snow (which is odd since the past few years Feb break was only 2 days...)

Winter break 2/17 - 2/21
Spring Break 4/14-4/18
