Vacuum Recommendation...
I love my Dyson Animal. I also just ordered the Dyson Slim DC35 for our everyday use (cat hair). I will never buy another brand ever again. My parents borrowed it and they didn't want to give it back!

I have a Eureka Boss. Very good machine. Every review I've ever seen of vacuums puts Dysons in the middle of the pack as far as efficiency. There are quite a few vacuums that are much better than any Dyson, for a fraction of the price. Dysons seem awesome because they are so much better than the old vacuums that people just upgraded from. There's been quite a few threads on here about vacuums over the years. Check out the related threads, or do a search on vacuums and you'll find a ton of affordable, very good vacuums.

Dyson... The one where the canister follows you. Had the original one but it didn't fit under the bed.
