Anyone use this? And how do you use it? Been adding a tablespoon in a glass of water. I hear there are so many health benefits! Tia!

I never used it with food or drink but I have used it as conditioner. It makes my hair so soft and shiny. I do slightly smell like a salad for the first hr after my shower. lol

Yep. On top of salads is my favorite with a bit of olive oil. I used to drink one tablespoon for 6oz of water on an empty stomach in the mornings. (Pregnant now so will resume after baby)

I drink it twice a day with water. First thing in the AM then right before bed. It's essentially cured my reflux and tonsil stones (which I used to get often and were painful). It's amazing stuff!

I've been using it for a while myself. I take a tablespoon twice a day straight (I'll admit I love the kick), but adding it to a glass of water can make it more palatable. I use the Trader Joe's brand myself.
