Can I egg bread chicken cutlets but cook them the next day??

There's almost no point since the breading process takes very little time. If you do it in advance, you run the risk of the breading separating from the chicken and then you'd have to do it all over again anyway.

i think the delis and stuff do it the night before but i agree with OP that you run risk of having to do it over.
the worst part for me is cleaning the chicken. egg and bread isnt as bad.
