Re: Making Hamburgers? (please do not move!)
I'm going to take photos and show you all how they came out I wont be tasting them myself, but hopefully people won't placate me and just tell me they're great.

I do adobo (because I'm hispanic and damnitt we put that sh*t on everything). That already has salt & pepper in it.
This!! As a Hispanic person, I know 2 things are certain: Adobo goes on EVERYTHING and Vicks VapoRub cures EVERYTHING . I also add chopped onion into the ground meat before making patties.

Yes
eta: I thought you meant make the patties beforehand and put them in the fridge. I wouldn't cook them the night before though. I would cook them the day of since they don't take that long. You can do it though, and I have had burgers from the night before, but I wouldn't do it for company.

I totally just massacred the burgers. They started out a nice size and they ended up like little black hockey pucks! I'm stickign to chicken from now on!! Ty for all of the advise, though. I'm just not meant to cook beef!

Sounds like you just overcooked them. I tend to do that a lot because I am paranoid about food bourne illness! But then my stuff becomes inediable anyway!
