I'e never been but I'd say Disney is probably the most kid friendly. However I know they are very expensive cruises.
Most cruiselines have a kids program.
My favorite b/c it's the only one I've been on and I have no complaints about is Carnival. 6 fabulous cruises with them. I will be going on my first NCL cruise next week.

I think like the PP said... Disney is most kid friendly but $$. I love Celebrity, so that would be my pick personally.

We are going on Disney in a couple of weeks, so excited! Looks to be the best line out there for kids. That is of course if your kids are Disney fans.

Re: Cruising
we went on disney in April with friends, with the 2 families we had a 5yo, 4yo and 2yo. It was an amazing time for all! THe staff bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we wanted. Even getting our kids a dinner that was not on the menu. The kids clubs were amazing, we even used hte nursery adn the staff there was beyond patient with DS (who was not happy to be there one day!) And the day at Castaway Cay was wonderful!
We can't wait to sail again with them!
While they are pricey I found them to be in line with RC and NCL when I looked at their newer ships. I think on hte 4 nigher for a family of 4 with a balcony room we spent about $2700 we booked through costco and got a $200 gc to costco too!

It depends on the age of your kids which line may be better. On Royal Caribbean, in order to stay in the kids programs, children must be 3+ and potty trained. On Carnival, kids must be 2+ and don't need to be potty trained.

Disney's the easy choice. RCCL Oasis and Allure are great for big kids with the rock climbing wall and such but the kids club for the 8, 9, 10 age group left a lot to be desired.

Re: Cruising
I've been on NCL, Celebrity and Princess and will only go on Princess now.
I'm not a fan of set time dining at many cruiselines so will book at Princess because of their anytime dining policy. When you got kids and are on vacation, who wants to deal with eating dinner at a specific time?
I would also consider RCL or Disney but will always look at Princess first.
