Eden Resort in Lancaster ?
Can you bring buckets/pails/small toys to use in the outdoor "spraypark" area or is that not allowed? TIA.

I believe you can. When I went last year there was a woman who brought a bunch of stuff like pails and squirt toys. Nobody said anything to her.

I was there last week and there were some boats in the kiddie pools in the sprinkler park. There is no lifeguard in that area to tell you no so I would go for it.

We bring everything into the kiddie section.... Pails, toys, shovels.... Thy never say anything...

Yes you can. Although the little ones all want to play with the toys, so be prepared for you to make some new friends while there. 
Most parents are very willing to share their water toys with the other kids there. And most parents are monitoring their own kids, so they will more than likely ask if it's ok if their child can play with your child's toys. It's one of the things that makes our trips to Eden so nice. The friendliness of the other families, plus the fact that everyone watches their own kids (for the most part).
