ETA: And that is the thing I don't get... in the show ring he is AMAZING. Not distracted, stands still, lets the judges check him out... I am tempted to decorate my house to look like a show ring.
I think you should pay very close attention to this. What is the handler doing that's different than what you're doing? Why are they able to effectively control him in that setting? You joke about the show ring, but if the handler has the same collar/leash on him and is holding him a specific way or using specific body language/commands, you should capitalize on that.
If he is perfectly obedient in one situation but not others, that's a lot better than him being out of control. I know you said you tried different trainers but if he's showing he's capable of it, I think you need to figure out how to replicate that in all situations.
What mental stimulation do you give him? Do you train him with commands outside of tense situations like someone coming in the front door? 15 minutes of training multiple times a week could make a big difference, I know it did with ours. We have an agility course setup in the backyard and do that with them, play hide and go seek, have problem-solving toys, force them to do commands before we throw the ball for them. Google "Nothing In Life is Free" dog training - it works great for us.

Huxley is out of control.
It doesn't sound like you are doing it long enough. It could take 3-6 months of keeping him tethered to you. Unfortunately, he needs to get older and he has a very high energy level. A short run is not long enough or frequent enough for him at this age. He may need 2-3 short runs a day.
I would also suggest trying a back pack on him during his walks. Put a few water bottles in the back pack. He will have a job to do and the extra weight will tire him out. It will also help develop his muscles which will fill him out nicely for the show ring. You might have to watch out for fur damage so make sure it fits properly.
I would really not discount that he is "just that type of dog". He is very young and it sounds like he is also very athletic. He needs more exercise and 24/7 training. If he is knocking you over then maybe you need to find a trainer who will train him for you if you can't phsyically handle him.
Most dog walkers can handle rowdy strong dogs. Most people hire dog walkers for dogs they dont/cant walk. Also, you should consider a stronger collar for him, because it is not safe if you can't handle your dog. Better he be in a stronger/harsher collar, than bolt out the door or have to be isolated the next couple of years because he is hard to handle.

I agree with Traysee. Your dog isn't tired enough. And it sounds like he is bored. I agree with Greenfreak too: Think about a backpack, agility training, nosework, a puzzle toy, flirt pole, weight pull, flyball etc. Tired dog = happy dog. IMO, he is good in the ring because he has a job to do. He wants to work, do something, he wants purpose.
And I am another one who will highly recommend NILIF training. It's not hard. I'm also concerned that he is handling YOU, not you handling him. He doesn't listen to you, that needs to stop. Stop thinking that suggested tools like ecollar, prong collar etc are cruel and immediately dismiss them. These tools are fine if used properly and not abused, you should consider them before he gets loose on you and gets hurt or before he unintentionally hurts someone else by jumping etc.
