Spotting again
I am about 6wks pregnant with number 2. I had a chemical at 5 weeks in June. I went to my RE this past Monday and we saw a sac and yolk and he said everything looked as it should. I'm due back this Monday for another sono to see the heartbeat (hopefully).
Yesterday I went to the bathroom and noticed a light brown spotting mixed in with my other CM. I called the dr right away and the nurses assured me it's normal. Since then, I have had some minor cramping and the spotting has gotten darker in color. I called and spoke with the nurse again today and she said the cramping is most likely just my uterus stretching and the brown is old blood. She told me to come in tomorrow morning to have my levels checked if I want. I'm freaking out bc now I am wearing a panty liner and even though the spotting is not red it's still there. It's gotten thicker and is very dark. I don't know how I am going to make it to Monday.
Also, DH and I fooled around on Wednesday. TMI but we didn't but we did do "other stuff". I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. I'm just so worried that this is going to turn into full on blood and I'm going to lose this pregnancy as well.
Anyone have any advice or experience they can pass on? DH keeps getting frustrated with me bc he says I'm not thinking positive but I can't help it. He is at work all day while I'm home dreading going to the bathroom.

Re: Spotting again
Hey I am also spotting. This is my first pregnancy. It just started today and it's dark brown. It happened like 3 times when I went to the bathroom. No other symptoms, no cramps or anything. I was home today and of course googling every other second to try to get an answer. I don't go for my first ultrasound until the 23rd an I'm 7 weeks 2 days pregnant. I'm trying to keep my mind off it but it's so hard! I did read that sex can cause the dark brown blood and that it can be very normal and a sign of your uterus stretching. Or just old blood passing through.

Spotting again
With my 1st pregnancy I spotted on and off starting 4 weeks until 10 weeks. It ranged for pink or brown and once even bright red. DS is now 1. It is so scary and I panicked every time. Why don't you go have your levels checked tomorrow for piece of mind? I hope all is ok. I know it's so hard not to stress. I cried my eyes out every time!

Re: Spotting again
Thank you.
Unfortunately I miscarried this morning. I went to the ER and they confirmed that I was in fact losing the pregnancy. I follow up with my RE this Monday. I think I will be taking a break from this for a little while. This is my second loss in 3 months and I'm not sure if I can handle it again.
Hopefully I will be able to join this board again and stay in the near future.
Happy and Healthy to you all!

Re: Spotting again
I has spotting around 6 and 7 weeks and it worked out. It could be perfectly normal so try not to worry too much. Light cramping is also totally normal!
