Levitt concrete slab
Is it possible to refinish the concrete slab in a Levitt home rather than putting flooring over it? If it's a possibility, what are the pros and cons? Thank you for the help!

I don't think you can do this because you would likely need a moisture / vapor barrier.

Re: Levitt concrete slab
yup!
let me start by saying that there are SOOOO many variations. you can make it look like anything. it can be like marble, shiny, glossy, etc.. and any color.
i picked a color from my paint palette, and chose the texture i wanted and even chose how much shine.
ill post a few pics, they all show up differently. my feel is more of a rustic chic look if i say so myself it has a green tone to it. like a green/gray
just waiting...i sent them in an email to myself and its taking forever

Re: Levitt concrete slab
Can you please recommend a contractor who did it for you?
Also, was your slab even or they had to level it? Mine is sagged and cracked around perimeter of the house, sometimes up to 2.5 inches. Not sure whether it requires slab repair first or floor guys deal with it. Any help is appreciated. Thank You
