Re: Ok moms...
ds didn't sleep through the night until 13 months. By that time I guess my body was so tired that I fell back asleep even though ds was still crying. I woke up 20 minutes later and he was still crying. I was so shock that I could sleep while he was crying that I went back to sleep. Woke up an hour later and he was sleeping. This happened the next night. I just let him cry and went back to sleep. As of that moment he stn.

Re: Ok moms...
Don't feel alone, although I definitely know what it is to feel like you have the only baby who doesn't STTN.
DD didn't STTN until she was 12 mo. She's slept perfectly since. On the rare occasion that she has a bad dream we just go in, give her a hug and she's right back to bed. She's 2 1/2 now.
DS is almost 8 mo and most nights he's up every 1-2 hours. If he does an occasional 3-4 hour stretch I wake up in a panic and run to check on him thinking something happened. The other night he went 6 hours but that was just a fluke. I'm exhausted but I hope he follows his sister and starts sleeping by 12 mo.

Ok moms...
DD is 10 months, and still doesn't sleep at night. Its beyond exhausting the only way she calms down is if I hold her. I am up sometimes 3-5 times a night calming her down. I am hoping that it will pass, but at this point I feel like she will never STTN.
I hope your LO STTN soon.

Re: Ok moms...
it is def a phase. hang in there! maybe you should try co- sleeping so that everyone gets some sleep. don't worry about what people say or think or maybe they will tell you that you are doomed forever if you let them sleep in your bed! NOT TRUE! we coslept when it was convenient for us and as they aged ,more so around 14 months, they were able to transition and sleep more soundly in their bed.
it is survival mode. do what works and allow everyone to sleep. you can "fix" getting them out of your bed down the line.
good luck!!

Ok moms...
oh and remember, they could be teething. sometimes it takes months to for a tooth to reach the surface but they feel the discomfort.
