How did you sign up for a ferry already? Can we drive to Staten Island?

The issue with driving to SI is that there is no parking for the runners. You probably could get dropped off, but be sure you are over the bridge before 7am because they close it. You were able to sign up for ferry this summer - from what I remember in the past, you can still sign up at expo for transportation, they never deny anyone. Also, if you think about it, the ferry is public transportation, anyone can just get on it. I honestly doubt they will be checking all the bibs for the ferry that morning. I opted for the RE bus because relying on the LIRR on a Sunday morning at that hour kind of scares me. I've done the RE bus twice and found it went well - they've been running these buses for years.

NYC Marathon
Ran a 1/2 marathon this weekend. Felt great to be out there again. I am doing 15 this upcoming Saturday and 18-20 the Saturaday after that. Plus I'll be adding some 5-6 milers all week.
I am back on track and feeling confident again.
