Queens Pediatrician reccomendation
I currently go to The Bayside group on bell blvd.
But I HATE one of the nurses there. Every time we go she is always there..and she is so dry...not personable...and just makes you feel uncomfortable. She will take DD height and weight and doesn't even relay what it is.
The last straw was at her 8 month appt she got her flu shot (which they did not even ask if I wanted it...they just assumed)...and when I asked if there was a chance of a reaction the nurse brushed me off saying no.
And she did have a reaction! After her and a doctor told me no. There is a chance for any vaccine!
So any other's around the Whitestone area would be great!

Queens Pediatrician reccomendation
I live in Whitestone but take the kids to Astoria bc I don't care for the drs in the area. My friend used Iordannou in Bayside and likes them.

One doctor, but she is always available or has someone backing her up if she is out of town. I spoke to her at all hours of the night when my DD was hospitalized.

My kids see Dr. Yohan Park in Bayside.

Even after we moved to East Meadow, we still choose to drive over there to see him. He is great with the kids, very good bedside manner, and always explains things. A plus is his friendly, efficient staff.

Queens Pediatrician reccomendation
When we lived in Bayside we used Park Pediatrics in Floral Park- Dr. Eugene Friedman. But they are all great.

We go to the Bayside location of Astoria Pediatrics. We see Dr. Mike Iordanou and have been very happy with him and the practice. The nurses are very nice and I always get my questions answered. The doctor makes sure we are in agreement with what shots our DS will get each time before he even brings it into the room.

It's a group of doctors. I see dr Russ for well visits. It's on northern blvd right before Macy's and they are affiliated with LIJ NHP.

DS goes to Dr. Higgins. He is located in Marcus Ave, Lake Success and is affiliated with LIJ. I've known him for years and was highly recommended by my Family doctor because her kids went to him.
