Does anyone go to Madonna Perinatal?

I currently go to Winthrop Perinatal and I have to switch since I had a bad experience there.

Does anyone go to Madonna and what was your experience with them?

I just went Wednesday for my NT scan and will be going a few more times to them. Wait time wasn't the best but not the worst either. Staff seemed ok and friendly enough

I go to the one in bayshore/brightwaters. I TRIED to go to the one in mineola, and called to make an appoiintment 4 times. Each time I was left on hold for 30-40 minutes before I hung up.. one time I waited for 35 minutes they picked up and the woman disconnected me. I called back and was told I had to go back in the queue bc I was considered a new caller, or someone could call me back. They didnt call me back til 6 hours later.. At that point I already called the other location.. Who picked up.. scheduled my appointment and call was done within 4 minutes.

They are very nice, and efficient. I never wait longer than 10 minutes and I am in and out.

I spent one day a week during my entire 3rd tri at the Brightwaters location.

I never had a wait there. I would go in every Mon or Tues for NST and sonos. My time there might have been long but that was due to DS not cooperating etc.

I loved their office.

I can handle 45 min. At Winthrop I waited over 2 hrs to be seen!!!

I've only gone to the one in Brightwaters. never had to wait longer than 10 min.

I went to the brightwaters location and honestly the only time I ever had a wait was when someone was sadly receiving bad news on the other end. I'd wait eternity never to get that kind of news so I never seemed to mind. The tears and expressions on those faces when they came out just said it all. I absolutely loved every single dr, nurse receptionist etc that I worked with in that office. They helped my little bean turn into the beautiful child I have and hold. Hope you give them another chance. I also found that their first am or last pm appointments were almost always running right on schedule.

I go to the Brightwaters office and I adore every single person there...except for one sono tech. She had zero bedside manor, I just request not to have her when I am there and they are fine with it.
Otherwise, I've never waited more than 15 mins, unless of course as PP said, someone was receiving bad news. And that only happened twice in 37 weeks.

I went to the one in Brightwaters, and HATED it!! First of all, they were extremely rude on the phone. So much so that I refused to even go there for a very long time. Then when I finally did HAVE to go, I dealt with it; arrived 15mins early, as I was told to do and waited over 2 hours to be seen. Overall, I was there for 3+ hours! And I even asked several times how much longer it was going to be, as I'd been up over 24 hours since I work a night shift. I was literally falling asleep in my chair waiting. They didn't care. The doctor was nice enough, but I felt rushed by him. I was supposed to go back, but honestly felt that they were not doing anything for me that my own OB was not already doing, so I didn't return. I also will not recommend them to anybody.
