Had a consult with Columbia today.
OK first I have to say - Dr. Guarnarwhatever is totally hot.
Moving on.... basically they have no other suggestions for me. They would follow the same protocol as SIRM, and I would have to start all over again with blood tests, etc. So I will stay with SIRM for the September cycle and try IVF again. After that, I will move on to Donor egg if no luck. Basically there is no way to give me back the ovaries and eggs of my youth. 
On a happy note -- I met Donna (s/n Donna) for lunch and we had a nice time together!

Oh Kara,
I am glad that the protocol of treatment was the same! I just turned 33 and the clock is ticking...my next door neighbor used a donor egg and has a beautiful set of twin girls!

many people consider spring as a time for renewal but for some reason i ALWAYS see september as that time. maybe because i'm a teacher and my year starts in september. well i wish you the best this september, may it be the beginning of a wonderful new year for you!
