Frozen raw or cooked shrimp
Do you use them differently? I always buy the raw shrimp. How do you use frozen cooked shrimp?
If you have some recipes, please share--thanks

Frozen raw or cooked shrimp
I cook with frozen raw shrimp: stir fry, shrimp kebobs, shrimp fried rice etc.
I just defrost and eat cooked raw shrimp, either as shrimp cocktail or over salad.

Yes, just defrost and eat. I use the frozen cooked for shrimp cocktail and the frozen raw for cooking shrimp dishes

Yeah, you can defrost in the fridge or if you need them quickly just place them in a strainer under lukewarm water.

This will work but putting them in cold water defrosts them quicker this was news to me when I first heard about it but it works.
