Atlantic Point, Bellport
Does anyone have firsthand experience with these apartments? It looks like a gorgeous complex with unbelievable amenities, but the reviews online are very mixed. I'm well aware that the location may be considered less than desirable, but I am more concerned with the complex itself- maintenance, security, etc. Thanks for any input!

I wouldn't...BIL lived in there...lot of problems go on in that community with dealers, loitering, lots of late night partying hanging out etc.

I think every rental community has issues. I hear its a lovely place to live. I'd drive by at different times of the day, ask some tenants their feelings about it and then go with your gut.
