Is there a big difference between the "my first" version and the regular?

I just ordered the "my first" one for DD - she's 18 months old. Should I have gone with the regular? Is there really that much difference to make the extra $50 after tax and shipping worth it?

We have the regular - it's so big that I can sit in it as well (which I do sometimes when I"m playing with them). The little one is nice but, they will probably outgrow it between 4 and 5.

thanks! I think I made the right choice then - my living room is not that big and I'm also trying to find a spot for the table and chair set Santa is bringing....lol

We got the my first for DS when he was born. His room is small so it fits perfectly and I don't think DS will outgrow it anytime soon. By the time he does outgrow it, I figure it'll be so worn we'd need a replacement anyway.
