cards mailed this morning, all interior decorations up, and 2/3 of the presents are wrapped and ready to go under the tree 
tomorrow we're cutting down and decorating our tree, and i'm hoping to get the outdoor decorations and lights up also
it's my favorite time of the year!!

I won't do either until the calendar says December...I'm old school like that.
So cards will be mailed next week.
Decorating next weekend I guess. I dread that.

Have you mailed out your Christmas cards?
I mailed my cards today and packed up all the fall decorations. I'm decorating the inside of the house on Sunday and hopefully my DH will put the lights up outside if it's nice out.

Personal cards have been mailed out. DH has to hand out his cards in the office.
The house is decorated.
We had a hanukkah party. I still have to help coordinate the one for DD's school and go to DS school to explain hanukkah to his classmates.
Presents have been given out (the kids still have a few more nights) but I need to get a grab bag gift before 12/19.

90% decorated.
My cards have arrived, but I haven't addressed/ mailed them yet. Maybe next weekend.
I'm waiting for my Christmas stamps to arrive.

i havent even got our christmas pics yet :( DD was born november 15 so we didnt get the photos until a week later, and they photographer takes 2 weeks to get them back to us, so we have to order the announcements and christmas cards together which prob wont be until at least 2 weeks

I decorated the inside on Friday!!! Hopefully outdoor lights by next weekend.

I'm usually on the ball but, the past two years have been tough - getting a decent picture of both kids is causing me a lot of grief and aggravation. My drop dead date is Sunday to order them (I have leftover envelopes from something else so I can at least start addressing).
ETA - We did put up and decorate the tree yesterday. was hoping to sit the boys in front of it but, my older guy was too hyper after eating the chocolate from the advent calendar.

I still need to edit Christmas photos and choose a card to order.
Tree is up and most of the décor though.
