I have received Minted cards and they are beautiful. Nicer than Tinyprints IMO but the card layouts are not as robust.
We order from Tinyprints every year. I usually spent about $100 on cards (w/ discount codes) and then another $40 on postage (inc. some international). All in about $150 for 75 cards.

This year I used the photo affections deal. In the past, I've used mix book, shutterfly, and paper coterie. Shutterfly was my favorite though.

Tiny Prints.
Cost a fortune but worth every penny.
And I posted a few weeks ago about how amazing their customer service was.
They redid my whole order and had it to me in 2 days because I wasn't happy with the color.
And then sent me a hand written note thanking me.

Costco has the best deal IMO. $15 for 50. I ordered last year for the first time and was very impressed!
Same here. I use Costco for everything!

I posted about not liking the color of my cards and when I called they were going to do a reorder at a discounted rate and I had to pay for shipping the originals back. BS a couple of days later I got a generic email from them with a customer service link. I vented one last time with them and I got an entirely different response, action, apology etc..I'm waiting for my new cards, we shall see with this batch. I love their designs but find them to be overpriced and should include a proof by mail.
I'm going to try Costco next year.

CVS photo. Used a discount code, picked them up in store and they applied a 20% off code I uploaded to my cvs card when I picked them up. I got 80 card for $35.00. 
Yup I did the same so easy and they came out great!! I usually do tiny prints or shutterfly but this year CVS and I will be using them from now on.

Every year I use tiny prints. They do cost much more than everyone else posting on this thread but, for me, worth every penny. Their customer service can't be beat either! The designer review is like a built-in check that the cards will be perfect. One year (a few years ago) I ordered from shutterfly and sent them all back - the coloring was SO off. I used the same pics with tiny prints and they were perfect.
