50$?! i would email them back and say thats unacceptable. the worst thing that can happen is they tell u to go scratch your butt.

50$ IS NOTHING TO THEM! a bunch of my friends received a 50$ gc to tory burch *just because* about a month ago. they got off easy

I have not heard back from them since the last email.
I wont buy from Tory again.
My SIL has a pair of tweed Reva flats and then flat riding boots. The Reva's started to wear very quickly and I want to say she returned them back to Nordstroms and the boots after one season had the same problem. Even her bag didn't hold up well after a year.
I must be really lucky then lol! I have 4 pairs of reva flats and all have held up really well! One pair is like 4 years old! I also have tons of the flip flops the thora birch, the miller birch etc. and the miller ones (I think those are the ones with the big logo right) I have had those for 4 yrs and they still look like new! I also have four tory bags and with the exception of one (light brown vinagey leather that looks very dirty and worn now) they all held up very well. Honestly, I am very surprised to hear this!

boo! I need to complain more, I have had so many things go to shit but this is the first time I said something--now I know better thanks for the advice
