Those with white furniture?

Do you think and find it has aged well so far? Looking for dd 2... Dd has espresso furniture now and while I guess can argue shows dust easier it doesn't show scuffs or black scratches which is what worries me for white furniture or how will look once convert.

We are going to do white beadboard too anyone do this with white and find still look ok? We have flooring that is medium color wood (small hint of red)

I grew up with white furniture, and now have it In storage for dd to use once we finally move into a house.

It does turn a little cream/yellow over time. It can get some scuff marks, but we always used a little water or windex and it came right out.

Shows a lot less dust than a dark color!

I have a white set that I bought about 9years ago when we were in our old apartment, I bought it to use in our small bedroom with the idea that it would go in our future child's room in our future house. The future is now and it looks brand new in DD's room.

My DD has white furniture. It has held up fine but she/I are very careful and don't abuse it in anyway.

I bought nursery furn in an off white. Its not adult or teen furn in off white but made by a nursery brand, nursery furn. Ive had it for a year and it shows everything. If i spray air freshener in the room it leaves splatter marks if it hits the furn. Which i saw after the first time and never did it again. It shows every scratch. Every chip on the corners. I had my diaper caddy by jj cole on top of it and i ended up having to put something underit because the corner rubber things rubbed on the dresser and left lil circle marks.
Im incredibly disappointed with the quality of my set and i paid a lot of money for it.

I grew up with a white wood bedroom set, it took a beating. We still have it - it's prob 40 yrs old.

When we got it, my mom took it to an auto paint shop and they painted it white. Then when we passed it to my sis we had it painted again.

There was a good 15 yrs in between paint jobs. Still looks great.
