Yes we bought it for DD and I love it. I think it was the sonoma. Its very sturdy and made well.

We have the DIYA collection and we've been really happy with it so far (DD is almost 9 months)

I don't have it, but I almost bought it. We went with Romina because the Echelon case pieces we were looking at (Diya) had veneers and the Romina didn't. But, I think the Echelon was really good quality. I'm a little disappointed with how easily the Romina scratches. There is a brand at Babies R Us made by the same company as Echelon. They had a few different sets, some of them seemed cheaper quality, but one of them looked similar in quality to Echelon, not sure if it had self closing drawers though. (We were looking in 2012)

Unless they changed it recently I think now echelon is all wood at least that's what they advertise so surprised is veneer unless very very small portion

In 2012, veneer was on the dresser sides and the sonoma headboard. There wasn't particleboard or mdf. That's probably what they mean by all wood. (Although engineered wood is still wood, so confusing...) I'm not saying veneer is bad, it's used in a lot of furniture. Romina was the only one we saw without it in the dressers and that extra thing, plus the nice drawers swayed us.

Ah okay makes sense.. We almost got romina but opted for this line since more affordable! Both are nice and romina obviously great quality
