Menu thread 1-6-13
Mon.- grilled ribeye steak, rice and roasted asparagus
Tues.- Crock Pot Mediterranean Chicken with greek salad
Wed.- Tacos, fresh guac, skinnytaste cuban black beans
Thurs.- Take out for my bday
Fri.- pizza/salad night

Sun: scrambled eggs with vegetables, bagel with cream cheese and bacon
Mon: "hot wing" sloppy joe's
Tues: tacos and guacamole
Wed: basil pesto chicken with tomato & mozz. salad and rice pilaf
Thurs: ravioli and sauce with garlic bread
Fri: appetizers and wine hopefully

Sunday: fruit smoothie with chia seeds.
Monday: spinach linguine with marinara, squash, spinach, onions, garlic, pine nuts and mozzarella.
Tuesday: trader joes vegetable dumplings with broccoli
Wednesday: homemade black bean dip with peppers, yellow and green onions, cilantro, corn, spinach and Monterey Jack cheese in a low carb wrap.
Thursday: trader joes butternut squash ravioli with a butter, cinnamon and agave sauce
Friday: trader joes ravioli in a white wine sauce with marinated mozzarella, pine nuts and white beans.
Saturday: dinner at Becco's.

Sunday - veggie patties and fries, side of peas
Monday - red pepper/mozzarella ravioli and salad
Tuesday - egg noodles with paprika, browned butter and peas, salad
Wednesday - loaded baked potatoes?
Thursday - artichoke ravioli with a lemon-cream sauce, salad
Friday - seeing Jerry Seinfeld...have no idea! The show is at West Point
Saturday - I might make my dinner the chocolate desserts at Max Brenner's
Sunday - Asian-fusion with DH's family.

Sat: Out
