IVF #4
Starts tonight! Cautiously optimistic really praying for a different outcome. Since my embryos never make it to blast we are doing a 3dt as well as starting HGH to improve the egg quality. Praying this works if not using my sisters eggs next cycle.

I have never heard of it being used for IF tx. It must have something to do with the pituitary to help boost the hormone levels and mature your eggs better and give you stronger quality.... if any of that makes sense.....lol

Yes its supposed to improve the egg quality. i found a lot of women with AMA or DOR use it. I'm not a poor responder but my eggs aren't great. I hope this helps! $1500

I have. I still haven't seen any of my embryos from the HGH cycles grow past day 1 (freezing and banking and growing to blast later...hopefully) but I will say that I had normal E2 levels after many cycles of abnormally low estrogen per follicle. I'm not sure it'll mean anything, but it was just nice to see something change with the new protocol.
What brand? I used Saizen.
