I haven't, but know many people who have and I've only heard great things about the book. I've been meaning to read it. It's on my kindle to read.
Another great book about the Orthodox community that I read was Hush by Eishes Chayil.

I did, and thought it was fascinating. I've since read several other books on the subject. I highly recommend it.

I read it, it was great, she is supposed to be writing a follow up to it. But just keep in mind, this is about the Satmar Hassiidic community, not the mainstream Orthodox or even ultra orthodox community. The Satmars are a world unto themselves.

Glad you liked it. Fast and easy read and really good! Still have to read Unorthodox. Going away next week so hopefully some time on the plane.

I never read "Unorthodox" but "Rabbi's Daughter", although not entirely similar, does touch on the same issues. I liked it.
