He is planning to freeze my embryos and have my body supress and relax for three months so there is no inflammation and the uterus will take the embryo successfully.. I found it very interesting!
I am glad you figured out a new plan. My question though is, if your embryos didnt freeze after first IVF, How is he sure they will freeze now? I would be scared to even attempt it given the cost of IVF.
I didn't have any embryos to freeze after the first cycle. Only one fertilized. The issue with that is that my RE rushed the cycle and only 4 were mature. The new RE thinks they were not very mature bc the ICSI should have fertilized them and I only had one fertilize. He is changing my med protocol completely and is hoping I will get good mature eggs. I had 10 retrieved so that's a good start.
I dont like to be Debbie Downer, but I would get another opinion. I would HATE for you pay so much money thru IVF & then not have them freeze. I did 5 IVF's & just worry. That is just my personality though

I understand what you mean, though.
What we are doing is aiming to get embryos frozen. I am 32 with stage 4 endo so I don't have many years left with functioning ovaries. He is not just thinking about getting me pregnant now, but allowing me to have embryos frozen so I can have additional children. The goal is to get blasts frozen. If I have a ****** cycle, he said we can transfer immediately or cancel but he rather get some frozen and suppress the endo before transfer. I think the plan is brilliant and my best chance at a successful implantation.
I consulted with two RE's in my practice and two separate RE's. I've done a ton of research on my own, too.
So far he is taking the right steps and I like where this is going. I can only pray that my body cooperates and gets me eggs. IVF is a gamble either way. I know girls who had 20 eggs one cycle and 5 the next. You never know how your body will respond but you have to have faith somewhere in between.

And yay for both of you seeing my announcement! 
I used to admire his cork board filled with announcements, etc. and told him that I couldn't wait for mine to be up there one day. Well... Now it is and soon you both will have one up there too!!
If Andy is willing to babysit, maybe I'll hand him my kid in the ergo and stay for a session! Can you imagine him going room to room wearing my kid? Baby dust supreme!!

That cork board is a goal of mine!!!!
Andy does have 4 kids so I am sure he has good experience with tending to the little ones.. just ear muffs... lots of ear muffs lol

I recommended a friend from BOSTON to go to him after 9 unsuccessful tries. She felt like you described! Kudos to you for following your gut, congrats on finding the perfect doctor! Best of luck!

All I can say is .. he is just THAT popular! What a long wait though .. I was telling my DH I'm not sure if we will need a consult again when ready for round 2 or if we just make a CD3 appt but I feel like I'll need to inquire 6 months ahead of time just in case! 
And thanks, a good buddy I met on this very board helped me make that announcement.

Yeah whats another month at this point? I just hope he has a good plan and can figure out what our issue is. Yeah you should definitely call ahead of time. Waiting sucks!
