Sports bras (running)
I love the current ones I wear by asics. I hate feeling any bounce & they fit just right. BUT lately they are starting to chaf me right on my sternum. I think it's because some are getting pilly.
Is there a trick to get them to not (I gentle cycle & line dry) Or any recs on ones that don't get pilly/rough.
I'm a 34d if that matters.

Re: Sports bras (running)
I would try an antichaf gel. I don't run, but I wash all my work out clothes separately, in cold water, no fabric softener and sometimes I line dry ( more in the summer) other wise the lowest heat setting on my dryer for 40 minutes. I have noticed my clothes don't smell musty anymore and they don't get piling,

How far are you running or how long are your work outs? I chafe by my armpits and sometimes under the boobs bit when its hot and when i am running 8 miles or more.
My favorite sports bras are from maiden form. They are so stiff and have held up over the years.

Shoot I don't know if they still make them or not, I am trying to google to find a pic!
Also are the Aasics bras you wear cotton? Can you try washing them in a lingerie bag?

Re: Sports bras (running)
Ive been wearing these asics for about 1 or 2 years (not the same one ). I've run 1/2 marathons in them, & never chaffed, even in the summer. But now I am. I don't think my wt has changed (ok maybe a few dozen Christmas cookies, but nothing compared to before I started longer distance running last year. )
I looked at the bra & noticed it a little ruff in the center part. It's a spandex/nylon combo. I never hot water or dryer them.
