Here we go...CD3 appointment
CD3 appointment went well :) This is the plan...
Starting today, Femara 2.5mg 2 pills once a day for 5 days. Also today, 450 gonal f & 2 Menopur every other day. I go back on Sunday.
Not starting with the bcp this time, and there were at least 6 teenie tiny follicles already, which he said was a good sign.
I did ask about the metformin for me and the clomid for him. He said he would prefer to not change so many things at once, we are starting a new protocol and he wants to see how it goes. He said he didn't want to just throw every medication out there at me; which I do appreciate. He said the clomid is more for central nervous issues, and it would increase the count but not enough evidence to suggest that it would increase embryo quality. Also, the sperm that are chillin in there now were already produced 3 mos ago.
Can't wait for all the probing and to start stabbing myself again

So femara every day for 5 days and injections every other day? I was on that protocol. Got me The most follicles to date. I should be right behind your. Spotting now so,full flow should be here tomorrow or Thursday. With this dr I go in CD2 not 3. Keep in touch!!!
