Carseats/travel systems....
My oldest is 8 years old- so for him and DS#2 I used everything that I got at my shower almost 9 years ago.... I no longer have any of it (mostly because car seats are expired and after 9 years and 2 kids, the other stuff is destroyed...)
I will need new everything this time around; so I have started looking into ratings/reviews on different things...
This weekend I was in toys r us and wandered into the baby side to check out the travel systems (just seems most economic- since I need both a stroller AND infant seat ...
Liked the Britax Travel System (stroller handled well, but wasn't crazy about the stroller seat itself- back part seems "flimsy")
Graco Modes- stroller handled nicely, but Im completely overwhelmed by its 10 different positions...
Chicco (Cortina- I think)- loved the infant seat; was just ehhhh about the handle on the stroller...
I HAVE the snap and go- and will use that mostly with the infant seat.... so the stroller part is important to me for after the stage with infant carrier... (good handle, easy to fold, must have cup holder for me and tray for baby!)
what's everyone using/buying and what are your reviews on the above...
TIA

I love my britax bagile and bsafe. Look at BBB too, their selection is larger than BRU.

Honestly- I loved the easy handle of it!!!!
But how hard is it to switch to each position... We are so bad at saving parts/ directions/boxes and all that stuff...
So I fear that Ill get it and then we will lose things and never go beyond the 1 position...lol
I really like that you can move the push bar to make baby face you AND outward!
TIA

Re: Carseats/travel systems....
I have the britax b-agile. Loved loved it as a system but once dd outgrew the infant seat, she was "lost" in the regular stroller part. Not enough support. She slid and fell all over, even with an insert. Plus she liked to look at us. We had to get a interem stroller that cost us a fortune til she can fit into the b-agile.
We almost went with the graco modes for this interim, but ultimately went with the perego book plus. Needed something with lots of support for her and would face us!

Carseats/travel systems....
I got the graco modes....I put it together but haven't used it yet....the only thing you would probably store in the beginning is the toddler seat or you can just leave it in too, the infant carrier will fit with it in. Everything just snaps together so it seems easy enough. Plus I'm sure u can get directions online if u lose the book.

Sorry, just saw this...you don't need to save anything...I theout the directions once I knew we'd be keeping it. So reasy...I keep the main stroller part by the door but usually only use the snap n go feature. I got the tidal wave carseat and black stroller...didn't like the other options

Re: Carseats/travel systems....
The Snap n' Go is the easiest to use the first several months. I had the Chicco Cortina travel system with my first and it was fine. The stroller canopy is terrible...the coverage is minimal.
