Is store bought butter pastuerized?
Does anyone know if it's safe to eat Breakstone's whipped butter? The ingredients just says "Cream, salt and milk".

Is store bought butter pastuerized?
I would assume so. I use Land of Lakes butter.

Yes, not only that it's also kosher and goes through higher standards

Yes. I believe anything made in the US is pasteurized

All US products are pateurized. That's why we can eat all of those yummy, soft cheeses.
