yoga classes- babylon area

looking to get back into yoga and need a recommendation for a good studio. i went to one place in the fall and I was was the youngest person there by far and feel like the class was geared toward an older age even though it was a regular class. i hope this isn't coming off as rude.

I need to make the time to get back into it, but I love Hot Yoga Massapequa.

The studio is clean and there are people of all ages and levels.
