Cake from WW message board
Whenever I make this cake, its a big hit. Here you go:
Marshmallow Cherry Pie Cake
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 box yellow cake mix
2 egg whites
10 oz diet sprite
1 can light cherry pie filling
Heat oven 350
spray 13x9x2 pan with cooking spray. layer marshmallows on bottom of pan. mix cake with sprite and egg whites. Pour mix over marshmallows then spoon cherries over top of cake. Bake 45-50 minutes. Cherries will sink to the bottom and the marshmallows will rise to the top of the cake while baking

It sounds interesting, wondering if choco cake would be good too,
I'm going to need a treat but lower fat while I rehab from all this holiday eating!

seriously this sounds terrible for you
I don't know the nutritional breakdown or serving size... but it definitely doesn't seem like it has much in terms of nutrition & a lot of calories.
I realized in re-reading that it's made with diet soda (which I don't use), but at first I thought it might be worth trying for a quick dessert.
At least the pumpkin can & box mix, has some vitamins in it.
