Really Tired
I'm just curious what everyone does when they get really really tired? I'm getting to bed early, sleeping late... maybe I'm sleeping too much?

Sometimes I find I need to up my water intake.
Dehydration can really cause you to feel fatigued.
I also take a multi vitamin with a B complex.

I have been too..
I am busy with the kids but just don't feel like I used to. No energy.
I am chalking it up to the winter "blues"
I need to start exercising again too I know that will give me more energy

Getting full panel done including some IF issues... we'll see.. I'm thinking my thyroid's off.

I've had blood work done and it's all been normal.
I think it's just this time of year.
I have no motivation to do anything.
I also haven't been into exercising which I know is really horrible.
Once it gets warmer out I am hoping that helps.
