Bethpage Summer Discovery Program
I haven't used it myself as it is only half day and I need full day options. But a few friends have and seemed happy about it.I know they had gym time and water play time on a few days that the kids liked. Let me know if you have any specific q's and I will check for you.

My friends who have done it have been really happy. There is also a BOCES program through the district that is much cheaper and is 4 days a week opposed to 3 for Discovery.
