12 year old dog needs a home

I volunteer for a local retriever rescue but we came across this husky mix and wanted to help find her a home. Her owner died 5 years ago and she had been living with a couple who didn't pay her much attention and they moved and didn't bring her.

She has been evaluated and overall seems like a great girl with no known health problems. She is on the small side - probably 30-35lbs

what a-holes...how could you leave your dog behind when you move???? I have a 12 year old boy so this breaks my heart...I also have a 8 year old girl they were my PRIORITY when I had to move, making sure I found a place that worked for them...hope she finds a home...she looks like such a sweetie! Hope she finds someone who will make her last few years great ones! Good for you for helping her!!
