Foundation rave
I'm incredibly oily and have a hard time controlling it. I used Makeup forever (matte version) for a while and liked it until I found Hourglass Immaculate, which I thought I loved until now. I got a sample of benefit hello flawless oxygen wow foundation and the porefessional zero shine powder and I am in LOVE! I went back and purchased them the next day. I can't believe what a difference it makes, my skin looks so bright, my pores are much smaller, the coverage is good and it doesn't slide off by noon. I am using the Murad mattifier (which someone here recommended and it is amazing) but I'm going to try without it and see what happens. My mom instantly noticed something was different about my skin. I just had to share because I'm so freaking excited

I use that, its great! I use the hello flawless powder to set it after and I dont look cakey, its very natural but covers. Benefit has so many great products, I have used that brand for years, check out the porefessional sometimes I will use that and the powder only.

Thanks for the rec! I am oily as well, not so much in the winter but in the summer it's horrible.

Re: Foundation rave
I bought a kit from Benefit with that foundation and while I liked the coverage and all, it oxidized on my skin ALOT and I looked kind of orange and I know it didn't look like that when I first applied it. Maybe the powder helps with that?

Maybe the powder helps with that? Ya know I was so excited about it, and I still like it but now that I am at work today, it doesn't look the same. I wonder if the lighting in my job does something to it? Is that even possible Also I was still using the sample bottle and now I have on the one that I purchased. I still think the powder is amazing though and highly recommend it. It really makes such a difference.

Trust me, the lighting in most offices is enough to make the BEST make up job look awful. Don't go by that too much. Check it out in different lighting- outside, at home etc. Office lighting is notoriously awful.
