Is it wrong to switch hairstylists at same salon?
I usually see the owner and she has nothing available for the next 4 weeks on either of the two days I go. Last time I went she was away so I saw another stylist there and liked her a lot. Is it wrong to ask if she is available sooner? I feel like I'm cheating on my main stylist but she's never been this busy!

Why not? If you need a haircut and your normal stylist is too busy for another 4 weeks I would switch.

I agree plus the owner should not get mad...she's still making money by you going to her salon

In this case no- if she is that booked she has to understand that you can't wait.

Great - thanks for all of your feedback.
She owns the salon and only works 3 days a week, I can only go on 2 of them and she only had two appts in the next month at obscure times.
She'll still be getting $$ from me since she's the salon owner but - I wanted to make sure it wasn't a huge faux pa.
