Sorry for all the posts

Hi ladies,

Sorry for all the posts recently...so I am on day 3 of letrozole and I thought my cycle was over today. Almost no bleeding at all. About an hour ago I started cramping up in by back and stomach, had a long trip to the bathroom and also passed some clots. Now it seems my cycle is continuing. I have a cyst on my right side but on the outside of my ovary. It's been there for years. The pain now is mostly on my left. Not unbearable but I'm worried the femara is messing with me. I'm scared to take it again in the morning. Anyone else ever had trouble like this?

First off...that's why we are here...for support.

Secondly....it's probably the last of AF. It's happened to me before where I think it's over and then it gets heavier for a bit. Of course if you are in severe pain and hemmoraging, then that's a different story. I would definitely continue and if call ur RE in the morning if it's still bad.

I know it's scary to start meds....

Thanks guys! Was feeling better earlier but now back cramps stomach pretty upset... Took some tums but not too confident with continuing tomorrow. Will. Call re in am for advice

thanks ladies! I've decided to stop taking it. My stomach was pretty upset all night and this morning. I took it this morning but am having trouble eating and I'm getting "brain zaps". If your not familiar it's like having constant lightheaded feelings every few minutes like you just got up too fast. I'm waiting to hear from the RE to figure out what's next... Maybe it's not my time for interventions.
