Is it time for an RE? Repeat MC
Does 2 MC in a row constitute a problem that should be looked into by an RE?

Yes. It's recurrent pregnancy loss. You need an rpl panel to see if underlying causes. I had infertility and then 2 mc. Testing revealed my issues(clotting).

I agree with the above poster. I believe the statistics for recurrent miscarriages greatly increases after two. More eyes, more knowledge, doesn't hurt.
