I went there. Often they don't pick up so I leave a message and play phone tag. I had to go there today to pick up some records so I called twice and they picked up the second time. Its really hit or miss.

I heard that his front desk often helps him in the back with patients. He is very well liked though on here.

They are short staffed. Like at all times the most is 3 people working including the Dr. They definitely multi-task. I'm a teacher so not being able to get their calls was annoying. They rarely pick up during morning monitoring. If you are going before work get there early. I always got a 6am appointment.
If you read my update from the other day that I put on the board you will see all of the things I did. I think the post was about HGH and an update. I worked with Dr. Z the entire 2013. I did not have any luck but many people have. I really like him but it wasn't working out for me. FM me with any questions. GL

Dr Z helped me get pregnant with my twin boys. At 39 I am 19 weeks pregnant. I love him and his office staff. That being said, the customer serve has declined since I graduated. I would keep calling until someone picked up and try super early, like 615 am

When I went to my consult appt there was no one at the front desk for a good half hour to 40 minutes because the lady who was supposed to be in the front was assisting him with another couple in the exam room (when I eventually got in the exam room she assisted while I was in there too). It was one thing that turned me off to using that practice. They also billed my insurance twice for bloodwork I had done while there which I thought was strange. But I do hear he is a good Dr.... good luck!

I am currently a patient at Dr. Zapantis. He is super nice and very caring- he makes you feel comfortable and explains everything, does all sonograms, you see him all the time and he gives you the results of everything. That said, his staffing set-up is extremely frustrating. You need to leave messages in order to get a call back. He doesn't have a full time nurse, the nurses are only in 3 days a week for limited hours, so the receptionists end up needing to be with him in the sonogram rooms. It's very hard when you have questions to constantly have to leave messages and wait for call backs. It's obviously because it's a small shop, but if you want to meet with him I would say just leave a message and hope to hear back. For my consult I just had to pay a copay, but he takes my insurance. I feel like it's a tradeoff to go to a small place, you get personal attention but other things are annoying- i.e.., the service. I was originally at RSONY, but I hated that I never saw the dr and that there were too many people- yet there was always someone to answer the phone. I am not sure if I was helpful or hopeless...
