Can I freeze home made lentil soup?
The ingredients are lentils, rice (only 3 tbs), carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and veggie broth.
New to freezing things, and I'm never sure of what will freeze well and what won't.
TIA.

I don't see why it wouldn't freeze well. I've kept homemade split pea soup and pureed vegetable soup frozen and it has thawed out well.

Thanks everyone!! I make a huge batch in my crockpot, but my DH doesn't like it and my Dd is only 2.5 and doesn't eat a lot. It's a good lunch for Friday's during lent.
