Check out the Sachem public library. They should have their summer program list coming out soon.
I sign up DD all year round for different programs. Its cute and free!

Check out Lake Ronkonkoma Preschool. They are off Lincoln Avenue in Holbrook. FM me if you need more info.

If you don't mind driving, I recommend Creations in Sayville. My DD goes now and it is wonderful. FM me with any questions.

St. John's in Holbrook is amazing! They came very highly recommended to me and I'm so glad I chose it. My twins are in the 3 yr old program now.
