Senior moment re: supps
I take DHEA 3x a day. For the life of me, I can't remember whether I took it at lunch or not. I was multitasking and not really paying attention to what I was doing.
Do you think it's better to take one now (and possibly take a higher dose for the day) or just wait until tonight (and possibly take a lower dose for the day)?
The rational part of me is well aware that being slightly above or slightly below the dose on any particular day probably doesn't make any difference, but nothing about this process brings out the rational part of me.

The recommended dose is 25mg so we are already taking too damn much lol
What's another pill going to do? I worry I will start growing chest hair and a mustache lol I think I overdosed on most of my supplements at different times!

It's totally  , but I've noticed some hairs popping up on my chinny chin chin. I keep reminding myself that it's all (hopefully) for a good cause.
