Supplement for ladies with PCOS
Good morning ladies. Since we have been posting about supplements these last few days I just wanted to share with you what my acupuncturist told me this morning. She told me to add Myo-inositol to my supplements. It's a naturally occurring substance produced in the body belonging to the B vitamin group and is believed to help women reproductively in a number of different ways. It can help with egg quality, increase chances of ovulation and is effective for patients specifically with PCOS (which is our issue). Myo-inositol is found in Pregnitude (which is what I ordered today - Walgreens online had the best price and free shipping too). Pregnitude contains 2000mg of myo-inositol, as well as 200mcg of folic acid. You take it 2 times a day mixed in with water. Just wanted to share.

Supplement for ladies with PCOS
Thanks for posting. I wasn't diagnosed with pcos but after our first Ivf didn't work re said I was pcos-like. It came down to embryo quality. Metformin did the trick and I have dd...but you need a prescription for that. Lol.
