Need advice please - got smiley on OPK

So today is CD 14. Been using some random clearblue OPK's that I had from months ago to see if I can time ovulation (our first IUI cancelled this month because of a cyst so we are just flying on our own, no clomid, no meds). Been testing all week. Today I get a smiley. I have PCOS, been on metformin since September. Can my cycles really be regular by now? Is this a fluke? Should I buy those cheapie OPK and do one again tonight to verify or should I assume its a go and just have sex? Which brings me to another question - when should I be having sex?!?!?!?!? We just for fun yesterday. Should we do it again tonight and tomorrow? Sorry I sound like an idiot. This was unexpected and surprised me.

I always get confused w/ this part too! Some say every other day, but I feel like if you don't do it everyday you may miss something! haha

I really fell short, LOL. We on Friday, they day I got that dumb smiley and that was all. We couldn't get Saturday or Sunday to work because of my work schedule. Not hopeful this month but that's OK. Didn't expect much anyway And I also don't know how reliable the OPK is being I have PCOS. We will every other day this week too just in case I O late.
