Egg salad with Greek yogurt?

I loooove egg salad and want to make some with my Easter eggs. Has anyone made a good one with Greek yogurt?

I haven't used Greek yogurt, but my friend gave me a Beach Body recipe (on a clean eating menu/program) that called for low fat cottage cheese instead of mayo.

At first, I thought it sounded gross. But I made it -- for one serving, you use 1 hard boiled egg, 1 hard boiled egg white, and I think 3 TB cottage cheese (maybe 4, I can't remember) and 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Then whatever seasonings you want -- salt, pepper, dried dill, fresh chives, etc. I have a Pampered Chef "manual food processor" thing that chops it up really fine, and it was delicious!

I like Greek yogurt but sometimes don't care for the overly tanginess of it in certain dishes. The cottage cheese was really mild and when I mixed everything in my chopper, you wouldn't know it was there. No textural issues. (And it's also high in protein like Greek yogurt).

I've used Greek yogurt instead of mayo. I add a little apple cider vinegar and salt.... delish! I did it for tuna salad and for broccoli slaw recently.

I've made replacing the mayo with avocado (I've done it with tuna salad also). Yum!

I use greek yogurt, avocado, and a little salt/pepper.

Sometimes will add a little chopped celery if I have it.
