When are you testing your sugars? 2 hours after you eat? That's what I had to do and my numbers had to be 120 or lower. However my friend was just diagnosed and her dr has her checking 1 hr after she eats and numbers need to be 130 or under and she keeps failing. Not every time but often. I feel like something is not right why do they have her testing 1 hr after??? She hasn't had to take a class or met with a nutritionalist yet the dr just gave her some paperwork.

I was insulin resistant due to pcos before becoming pregnant with my 2. My mfm dr had me test in the am (had to be under 90), and two hrs after each meal which had to be under 140.

It depends on the dr. Some have you test after 1 hour and some have you test after 2.

I was PG and GD same time as you. Not GD so far this time, but I have to go for the test soon. My numbers had to be under 120 at 2 hours and, if for some reason I had to do the test early, under 140 at 1 hour.
